Won easily; second and third driving. CYCLOPEAN set a good pace throughout and was never in trouble. REGULARITY raced in closest pursuit, but tired and swerved out slightly in the stretch. TUFLI saved ground on the stretch turn and finished gamely on the inside. CANORA could never get up. BECKY MOORE and LORNA DOONE both ran to the extreme outside while rounding the first turn. HOUND raced « lose up throughout and finished gamely. TENDE RSKTH worked his way up on the outside and finished fast. MIDDAY tired after showing early speed. DEADFALL showed tbe most early speed, bat failed to withstand the winners challenge. PURE DEE could never improve his position, but ran • good race. STONE suffered from early interference, but worked her way np next to the inner rail in the stretch and finished fast. ROSABELLA ran a fairly good race. BEGONIA made a challenge while rounding the turn for home aifd outgamed OPTIMIST in the final drive. The latter also closed up gamely in the last quarter. The latter closed up fast after entering the stretch and finished gamely. KLAXON set a good pace, but tired badly in the last eighth. WEST POINT also tired in the stretch. CORFIE quit.
