L0NGCHAMPS RACING SPECIAL CABLEGRAM PARIS, France, April 26. —J. Wittoucks Bois Josselyn won the Prix Biennial for four-year-olds at Rongchamps yesterday, while I.aron K De Rothschilds Flamant, with M. MacGee up. won the Prix Biennial for three-year-olds. Behind Bois Josselyn finished Masked Ruler, which met with much bad racing luck. But for being pocketed he might have won. Fenimore Cooper ran unplaced back of Flamant, after making a hot pace for the greater part of the distance. M. Bous-sacs Zanzibar, by Durbar — Zenoia, won the lrix Iena.
