I The Satrap Shipped to Du Pont Farm THE SATRAP HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 26.— W. Du Ponts great English three-year-old, The Satrap, by The Tetrach, which was thrown out of training last week, was shipped to the Du Pont Farm at Rosemount, Pennsylvania, on Saturday last, where he will remain until next fall, when he will be sent to Boyce, Virginia. Mr. Du Pont last February purchased a farm in Virginia adjoining that of Captain P. M. Walker and extensive improvements are now being made on the place. All new buildings are being erected and paddocks built. The farm comprises 380 acres. The improvements are expected to be completed by October 1, and some time in November the twenty-three mares and the stallions, The Satrap, Horron, and Wilderness will be shipped from the Pennsylvania place to Virginia. All of the Du Pont mares will be bred this spring to. Wilderness. About two weeks ago a fine looking filly, by Sasanovian — Rock Ruby, by Rock Sand was foaled at Rosemount and several mares in foal to Traprock and Royal Canopy are due to foal within the next few weeks. Fair Star.rthe Foxcatcher Farms reliance in the Pimlico Oaks, is training well and will be a certain starter in that fixture, provided of course she meets with no mishaps. She may also go to the post in the Preakness.
