APPOINT RACELAND OFFICIALS LEXINGTON, Ky., May 3.— The appointment of William Dondas to manage the mutuel department and William Snyder to do the starting at the Raceland meeting of twenty-five days, opening July 9. was announced by manager J. O. Keene today. Dondas is recovering from an operation in St. Josephs Hospital at Louisville and Snyder is at his home, Hematite, Mo.
