S ft FLORIDA RACING BILL TALLAHASSEE, Fla.. May 3.— The movement for the salvation of racing in Florida was launched today when Senator Watson, of Dade County, introduced a bill in the state legislature that would make racing optional with the county in which the track is located. The bill would also legalize the use of the pari-mutuel form of wagering. The future of the sport in Florida depends on legislative action and it is said that this local option measure has an excellent chance of being enacted into law. I 4
