PATSY McDERMOTT IS DEAD NEW HAVEN, Conn., June 24. Patsy Mc-Deimott, veteran American jockey, who rode the winners of many stake races, including Lowlander, which captured the Suburban Handicap of 1803, died at his home In Orange yesterday. He at one time rode for Richard Croker here and abroad.
