PUNISH LAW VIOLATORS NEW YORK, N. Y., June 24. As a result of the Investigation into recent charges of attempted bribery in steeplechases, two of tho Aqueduct patrons have been barred everywhere else. The two found guilty are Tom Lowery, said to have some Jersey City connections, and a Marty Wright. It is intimated that both of them have been guilty of raco fixing before, and the investigations have not ended with their conviction. Charles Dwyer, manager of Aqueduct, said that there would be a searching investigation into all charges of fraud, and that everything would be done to beep the racing above reproach.
