I EPINARD GOES TO FRANCE SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, April 10. — Arrangements were completed today for the return of Epinard to this country. The French-bred thoroughbred, which has been standing in the United States for two years, will be shipped from New York in the Atlantic transport liner Minnewaska, on August 11.
