* FOXHALL KEENE TO RETIRE NEW YORK, N. Y.. April 10.— Foxhall Keene has announced that he will dispose of his racing and breeding interests in this country and England. Mr. Keene states that he is unable to devote the necessary time to the sport. The horses which are in England will be shipped here on the S. S. Minnetonka and will be offered at auction at Belmont Park.
