HENRY DATTNER. always dose up. was racing gamely at the end. EVELYN SAWYER ran a good race all the way. CLINCH fell lame and was eased up right at the end. VOCALIAN made up ground in the last half mile. AMBER BBAB almost f 11 at the last jump. ETHELEED showed high speed early and fell at the seventh jump. BRYN NETTA was pulled up after taking the seenth jump and BOLAUDER and HONEST JOHN fell at the ninth. Corrected weight — Clinch, 133. HONEYCO raoed in close pursuit of the leaders and took a brief lead at the eighth post, but tired. FAIR ANITA saved ground on the stretch turn and finished resolutely. STITCHES was much used in racing CHANCELLOR into defeat and tired. FERRY OF FATE was going fast at the end. CHANCELLOR set a good pace to the strct-h and tired. EDISTO was rushed up to the winner and, challenging for the lead, fought the finish out stubbornly. WILLIE K.. outpaced early, fame with a rack and was going fastest at the end. TAZEWELL was allowed to race well back in the early stages, went to the outside when called on and came with a belated rush, moving into a slight lead and the held VELLAS safe. The lattei rushed into the lead and was rated along, but tired in the final drive. VALENTINO, a keen factor throughout, f.nished gamely. FLAGSHIP acted well and should improve.
