WORTHINGTON VALLEY FARM BALTIMORE, Md., May 1— C. H. Douglas, one of the leading colore I trainers, who developed that, useful mare, Strut Miss Lizzie, a few years ago, was one of the big throng that came to Pimlico for the sale of E. F. Whitney horses. Douglas is now connected with the Worthington Valley Slock Farm as trainer of that establishment. He has thirty hunters and steeplechasers under his care among them being Bon Master, winner of two point-to-point races this spring. Douglas is also developing Gaffer, a horse that gives promise of being a wonderful steeplechaser. There are two steeplechase and two brush courses at the Worthington Valley Farm and it is the intention of the directors of this organization to hold an amateur meeting at the farm next fall.
