SEEKS SANDE-S SERVICES LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 11.— Robert Mc-Garvey, trainer of the horses of Stuyvesant Peabody, Chicago capitalist, today continued negotiations for a call on jockey Earl Sande for the Kentucky Derby. McGarvey is desirous of having Sande ride Martie Flynn, Mr. Peabodys recent acquisition at a cost of 0,000. Martie Flynn, unbeaten in his only two races this year, is regarded as a potential candidate for the Kentucky Derby. Mr. and Mrs. Peabody were among the days arrivals. They came from Chicago and will remain until after the running of the Derby. A
