t CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTESTl « : • LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 11. Jockey J. R. Kelly, who arrived here yesterday from Tulsa to take up his duties with the Three Ds Stable, which obtained his contract by purchase earlier in the week, had his first mount here this afternoon. Reservations for seven horses of R. Midgely have been set aside at Douglas Park. O. A. Eianchi is an arrival from Lexing ton with horses California, Ponipano and St. Ignatius. Jockey EL Ambrose is due here tomorrow in time to ride Jock, the E. E. Mil.e-n star in the Clark Handicap. Trainer J. 1-. Schorr, also,, will make a speedy trip from Maryland to saddle the horse for the race. The McLean horses that Schorr has in Maryland are scheduled to arrive from Eim-lico Monday. S. S. Combs atid Allen Callaher, Lexington turfmen, came over from that city this morning.
