I ATTENTION OF HORSEMEN TORONTO, Oat, May 11.— Horsemen contemplating a campaign in Canada could not do better than get in touch with Mr. Brady of the Thoroughbred Horsemens Association regarding a new tariff lo be put in force by the railroad companies in Canada of allowing only two men to each carload of horses. The matter can be best fought from the American end.
