PURCHASES TWELVE HORSES NBW YORK, X. Y., May 11.— Edward Arlington added to his thoroughbred holdings here today when he purchased at private terms from S. C. Hildreth, acting for the Rancocas Stable, twelve horses, of which eleven are two-year-olds. The transfer was one of the largest effected at private terms in some time.
