ALTO was away well, but was taken back in the first eighth, then raced wide, but finished fast after closing a gap. BIGH SCORE was always outrun. REICH COUNT was ridden vigorously in the early running and responded nobly, racing into a forward position in the first half mile, then forced the pace and. under strong riding in the stretch, took the lead and dicw away to win with speed in reserve. MISSTEP began fast next to the inner rail, showed fire sliced and, setting a fast pace for the going, finished well, hat was easily held safe. TORn suffered slightly from some interference, but when clear in the stretch, came steadily and was running fast at the end. JACK HIGGINS was prominent for the entire way and ran a good and game race. REICH OLGA dropped back in the early running and came fast in the stretch. M ARTIE FLYNN began tiring after going a mile. BLACKWOOD tired. RON1VAN was done after going a half mile. PETEE-WRACK was always far back. YlTO and SORTIE were never prominent. BOBASHELA closed a g:.p. DINNER DANCE was given a poor ride and was raced into exhaustion in the first five-eighths and tired almost to a walk in the last eighth. HOT TIME and GENERAL 11ALDEMAN tired badly after half a mile.
