PLANS OF SEAGRAM STA3LE TORONTO, Ont.. May 19. — At the conclusion of the Toronto meetings will come a division of the Seagram Stable. W. H. Bringloe will take the main band to Illinois for a summers campaign on the Chicago tracks. Jack Whyte will train those that are raced on the tracks of the Canadian Racing Associations, while W. J.
