SAUCY POLLY saved ground on the first turn, where all of the others excepting EI. BEE ran very i wide, then held the race safe through the stretch. JIMMAI.EK swerved over in front of ROCK TRAP midway of the stretch, causing the latter to stumble and fall, then finished well. LOW SHOES suffered from serious interference on the first turn when forced to the extreme outside, but closed up much ground afterwards. ARVILLA II. finished gamely. ROCK TRAP was close up when he fell. EI. REM apparently had the race at her mercy when she stumbled and fell when nearing the stretch turn. MISS BEAVEREILL fe ll over her. PERALTA saved ground on the first turn, where MISS LILLIAN ran out and, racing into a long lead, kept it to the end. PENNYRILE held the others safe all through the last half. BLUB AGATE gained steadily and easily took third place in the stretch. SNAPPY PAL finished resolutely. THE FRENCH GIRL stumbled several times and gave up in the stret-h. MISS LILLIAN quit badly.
