v THE HEATHEN DEFEATED WINDSOR, Ont., June 22— Another immense throng was on hand to witness the tihrd Ladies Day program at the Windsor Jockey Club today. The track was again in good shape for the first time since the opening day. Weather conditions could not have ben n improved upon. The Park Board Handicap, at three-quarters, was one of ,500, the feature race of the day. A field of seven of the best sprinters quartered at the course faced the barrier. Blind Cast, from the Mack Adam Stable, the lightweight of the field and also the extreme outsider, accounted for this race, with Mrs. A. G. Dunlaps Queen Towton in second place, a scant half length back, while the early pacemaker, The Heathen, from the C. H. Tierce Stable, had his winning st.-eak halted when he hael to be content with third place, a head before the public choice, Lieutenant II.
