STALL GATES AT TH0RNCLIFFE WINDSOR, Ont, June 2".— James F. OHara departed for Baltimore tonight, -where he expects to remain for ten days. He will return to Toronto to supervise the erection of stall gates at all starting points at Thorncliffe. This will be the first meeting when these new starting devices will be used for all starts.
