OMAHAS LADIES DAY CARD Entire Eight Races Under Claiming Conditions — Principal Contest to Palolo. OMAHA. Neb., June 25. — An all claiming card of eight races made up the program this afternoon and some good contests were provided for the Ladies Day crowd that attended. Palolo, Hawaiian bred son of Rodgers, carried the colors of Thompson Brothers to victory in the main race, which was fifth on the program. Palolo raced close up from the start and outfinished Nose Dive. Rapier was third. Doll Dance, a first time starter at the meeting, won the opening dash from a band of maiden two-year-olds. She was outrun to the stretch and then came with a rush to win by a good margin. The second race fell to the outsider Pan Tan, which led for practically the entire distance, while the third event was won by Emma Hoagland. Shasta Ku Klux finally got out of the maiden class when he won the fourth race, which attracted a large field of non-winners. Ben Ahamo was second and Bim was third.
