MINOTAUR IN DERBY PIMLICO. Md., May 13— Following the good showing of Minotaur in the running of the Preakness Stakes Friday, his new owner, John R. Thompson. Jr., decided to ship his colt to Churchill Downs to pit him against the formidable array of aspirants that will measure strides in the Derby on May 18. Jockey F. Halbert has been signed to pilot the colt. His departure from here took place Sunday, when he was loaded with the string owned by the Wild Rose Farms. , »
