SCHWARTZ SELLING HORSES LONDON, England.— Mr. A. C. Schwartz, the American sportsman, is selling all his horses in training in England. They include Darracq, which ran in this years Grand National. "The only reason for the sale," says Mr. Harvey Leader, who trains Darracq. "is that Mr. Schwartz is out of England. He is shortly to be married, and will not return to this country for two or three years." Mr. Schwartz became known in racing circles in England when three years ago he bought Jack Horner not long before he won the Grand National for a big sum from Mr. Kenneth Mackay. In 1927 Mr. Schwartz offered 0,000 for Silver Somme, with the idea of trying to win that years "National," but he was informed the mare was not for sale.
