FAIRMOUNT IS TOP WEIGHT Jumper Assigned 172 Pounds for ,500 International Steeplechase Handicap. NEW YORK, N. T.. May 14.— The great jumper, Fairmount, has been assigned 172 pounds for the International Steeplechase Handicap, ,500 added, one of the feature races on the inaugural program at Belmont Tark Friday, May 17. Bangle and Lizard, according to the weights, are considered equal in ability, each drawing 160 pounds. Eider follows with 154 ; Erne II.. 152 ; Slieverue, 140, and so on down the scale to a group of six each assigned 130 pounds. Following are the weight assignments : Horse. Wt. Horse. Wt.
