-V AMERICAN DERBY OBJECTIVE LEXINGTON, Ky., May 14.— J. O. Keene arrived this morning from Maryland. He came home in response to a call from his attorneys to give testimony tomorrow in a law suit for damages against him growing out of an automobile and truck collision, he being the owner of the truck. He stated that his horses are being shipped to Belmont Park, and that after Belmont Park he will race at Chicago until Saratoga, when he will ship back to the East. He says Jean Valjean is being made ready for the American Derby and that he may be a starter in the Belmont Stakes.
