SILVER DAWN II. moved np gamely when called on, but tired badly in the final eighth. DARKNESS, under restraint for the first turn of the field, made a bad landing at the seventh jump, but recovered slowly and closed up some ground. ARCHWAY refused at the fourth jump and FORETIME collided with him and fell over the brush. RED15RIDGE lost his rider at the first jump. Overweight — Silver Dawn. 1 pound. SUNVIR dwelt at the start, but saved much ground while rounding the far turn and finished fast on the inside. DAIL, close up from the start, ran a good race and finished well. LISA closed np some ground and passed tired horses. SUN HATTER ran a good race for seven-eightha CHICATIE tired badly. HOLIDAY quit under pressure. Won driving: second and third the same. ARCTURUS, a forward factor all the way. around the leaders when entering the stretch, drew away under hard riding and outlasted CHERRY PIE at the end. The latter trailed the pace to the stretch turn and came with a rush on the outside in the final drive. INDIGO forced the pace throughout and. saving ground on the turns, came again under hard riding, but was in close quarters in the final few yards and was forced back. SOUL OF HONOR handled his weight well and showed a good effort. LONGWORTH dwelt at the start, but closed ground with a belated rush.
