L1STO. slightly outrun to the stretch, but under daring riding, came fast between the leaders, saved ground and wore down DONNAY, winning going away. DONNAY forced the pace, took the lead from CHEEKS and. keeping it until well in the stretch, gave way to the winner. CROUTON raced on the outside and had no mishaps. D.I1NN gained gradually and finished fast. CHEEKS was speedy, ran well to the stretch, then tired. MODERATION quit. Overweights — Djinn, 21 pounds; Boot land, 1. 0£2! GENERAL GRANT went to the outside of the leaders on the far turn, took the lead and, setting a good pice, easily held sway to the end. INDIAN LOVE CALL was close up to the stretch and, coming last on the inside, wore down and outstayed KING NADI. The latter was prominent from the start, passed M1NO e:it ring the stretch and outstayed the latter at the end. MINO forced the pace, raced Well to the stretch and had no mishaps. KIIAKA ran well from the 6tart, forced the pace with CHATTKK ANNE and ln-ld on well at the end. CHATTKK ANNE showed good early speed, but tired in the final drive.
