I LATONIA TURF NOTES s ■ 4 LATONIA, Ky.. June 17. Eddie Coates. an apprentice, formerly associated with the E. B. McLean stable, this morning returned to work for that establishment. Coates came from Fairmount Park, where he was employed by W. C. Weant, and got into colors on McLeans Mayor Walker in the fifth race. Jockey A. Pascuma returned from Washington Park and will remain until Friday before leaving for Bainbridge. Alex Mene. Cincinnati horseman, is making preparations to ship his nicely-balanced stable to Arlington lark for the coming meeting there. The stable is headed by the capable three-year-old Uptime. Charles Patterson advised that minor injuries have interrupted the training of his horses Keeping Time and Eager Play. Howard Oots. a visitor here for the past several days, this morning returned to his home at Lexington.
