BLANC SEING raced in closest pursuit of the leader from the first quarter and made a game finish. I.ITTI.B TORCH outstaved WHISK ARROW. The latter tired after reaching the stretch. DAN BCRNHAM had no mishaps. BROOKDALE MISS showed a dull effort. MONNIE saved much ground and made a resolute finish in close quarters. VERMIClLITB, forced back shortly after the start, finished gamely. OJIBWAY began sluggishly and tired after raciug into a contending position. YOUTHFUL WIDOW quit.
