CHEATHAM SERIOUSLY INJURED COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 2— Jockey R. A. Cheatham, who suffered a fall at Beulah Park yesterday, is in a serious condition at Mount Carmel hospital. The lad sustained a broken shoulder, three broken ribs, sprained wrist and a severely cut mouth. He was only semi-conscious at intervals today, and it was also feared he suffered internal injuries, the exact nature of which had not yet been determined up till noon today.
