AURORA TURF NOTES • . $ AURORA, 111., May 2. Jockey T. Vercher was one of the riders that made his Aurora saddle debut today. He is under contract to E. F. Prichard. The horses of the Pasadena Stable, which was among the leading money winners in the West during the past winter, are on the grounds. The stars of the string are Bud Broom and Hand to Hand. The stable is owned by Jack P. Atkin. Frank G. Menke, well-known feature writer, was among the visitors at Aurora on opening day.
