BAYARD COMING TO U. S. Bayard, crack Irish two-year-old of 1930, was purchased through the Anglo-Irish Agency, by an American, and the horse will be shipped from the Curragh to the United States. Bayard is a son of Achtoi and Lakh-smi, by Bachelors Double — Lakme, by Soli-man. Bayard was purchased from B. J. Hilliard, who had turned down several attractive offers by English owners during the winter.
