Spencer stable, had his first , mount of the meeting when he rode Jap Lac , this afternoon. Bug Hunter, Princess Delight, Hasty • Prince, Drastic Light, Drastic Water, Dras- , tic Celt, Rapid Birdie and Drastic Smile, made up the stable J. C. Cahn, brought to ] Lincoln Fields for M. E. Casey. Most of them are in racing condition following a j long rest. The Harned Brothers stable of Typhoon, Betty Ann, Brown Flash, Snowcloud, Marian Ormont and Fair Billows will be J trained by Asa Harned, who has been in J charge of the stable since late last winter. ] Lon Jones reported Up Sweep, Barash-kova, Kuvera, Cenlova and Coloratura in J good condition following their trip from Kentucky. T. J. Pendergast, Kansas City political J leader and ardent turf enthusiast, accom-panied by Mrs. Pendergast, their daughter, son and possibly other relatives and friends, will pass through Chicago Sunday en route to New York, whence they will proceed to Europe to spend the summer. Although stall reservations for the division of the Rancocas Stable, formerly trained by J. W. May, were cancelled, May is bringing six horses to Washington Park and expects 1 to reach the Homewood track Saturday, 1
