NEW RULE AT BAINBRIDGE CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 28— Pi esiding steward John T. Ireland announced the following rule to apply to authorized agents, the first of its kind: "Authorized agents, other than the trainer for the contract employer of a jockey* who wish to make engagements for a boy, will be required to pay 5 for each jockey or apprentice. Authorized agents shall not make engagements for more than two boys." «
