JAMES OAKS MOUNTS HOMEWOOD, 111., May 28.— Eugene James has been engaged to ride Cousin Jo, winner of the Kentucky Oaks, in the Arlington Oaks. Immediately after riding her to victory in the Kentucky Oaks, James was assigned to pilot the daughter of Stimulus in the Illinois Oaks, to be run at Washington Park, June 6.
