HIALEAH PARK IMPROVEMENTS NEW YORK, N. Y., May 28.— Joseph E. Widener exhibited a blue print of the improvements which will be made at Hialeah Park. Twenty-four stables, accommodating sixty-six horses each, will be constructed. The club house will be doubled over its present size, and a new paddock and administration building will be constructed. The track will be eighty feet wide, except at the turn at the three furlongs post and head of the home stretch, where it will be narrowed to seventy feet. The track will be a duplicate of Saratoga. «
