9 T ARLINGTON PARK NOTES f • — — £ ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., June 23. Marion Hollins, movie star from Hollywood, is a regular morning attendant at Arlington on account of the presence here of her filly Nevada Queen, heroine of the last winters juvenile racing at Agua Cali-ente, where she won four in a row, the last a revival of the Senorita Stakes. Her one effort at Washington Park was not inspiring, but Miss Hollins and her trainer, Charlie Farrel, who bred Nevada Queen in Nevada, predict that she will be a different filly next month. In testimony of their confidence in the daughter of Trouble and Hilda they put her in the Post and Paddock, six furlongs, for two-year-olds of all sorts, which may run over 0,000, August 1. The brilliant performance last Saturday at Aqueduct of Questionnaire in the Brooklyn Handicap promises brisk competition in the Stars and Stripes and Arlington Handicaps, gallops of one mile and a furlong and one mile and a quarter, respectively, and the Arlington Cup, a weight-for-age race of one mile and a quarter. Questionnaire, which shouldered 129 pounds and stepped a mile and a furlong in the Brooklyn in 1:49, is coming here for the two handicaps and the Cup, which bid fair to attract also Mokatam, Sun Beau, Mike Hall and others. Questionnaires performance in the Brooklyn was not more impressive than Gallant Knights in a dash of one mile at Washington Park that followed his return from Belmont Park, where he was left at the post in the Suburban Hadicap. Coverng a mile in 1:36% in front of Satin Spar, Gallant Knight set a new track mark.
