GOOD OFFER FOR JOEY BIBB C. C. Van Meter, owner of Joey Bibb, stated this morning that a prominent Chicago sportsman had made a flattering offer for his good three-year-old. Mr. Van Meter is considering the offer, but should the deal fail to materialize the horse will be shipped to fill his engagement in the Latonia Derby.
