PILE INCORPORATION PAPERS CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 23.— Papers were filed today in Columbus for incorporation of the Thistle Down Turf and Field Club, an organization of Clevelanders which has taken over the club house and property of the Thistle Down Jockey Club. Officers of the new club are: Windsor B. French, president; Benjamin D. Holt, treasurer, and W. Holden White, vice-president. The directors include Bernard Towell, Robert Patterson, Jr., August Peck, W. Gates. W. McLaughlin and Jerome Zerbe, Jr.
