t DORVAL PARK TURF NOTES f $ — — — 9 TORONTO, Ont, June 27. The horse Uplay, which ran away yesterday morning, was discovered today some nine miles from the track but uninjured. Harry Giddings, trainer for the Mount Royal Stable, stated that the two-year-old Kenora was being retired from racing to the farm at Vercheres and would be mated to Cudgel. Reggie Cooper, leading rider at the present Dorval meeting, has been engaged by A. G. Blakely to ride for him throughout the coming meeting at Salem, N. H. Cooper will finish the Dorval meeting before leaving for the New Hampshire track.
