Wop driving ; second and third the same. MAYES LUTZ closed steadily on the outside in the stretch and got up in the last few strides. MY TOOTS took command entering the stretch, easily disposed of FLYING NANCY and held on fairly well. BABOO saved ground in the stretch, had no excuses and was doing her best at the end. JEALOUS FOOL closed ground and was going well at the end. VIOLA STINSON failed to leave the barrier with the ethers. FLYING NANCY showed the most speed for half a mile, then tired. VANITY CASE moved up on the outside of the leaders in the final eighth and, taking command a sixteenth out, was hard pressed at the end to retain her slight advantage. NOTRE NINETTE closed stoutly in the stretch, saved ground and finished strongly. MARMITINA raced forwardly throughout and was in a contending position between the leaders much of the stretch run, but finished tiring. THISTLE LASS closed some ground, as did WILD KITTY. ZELLA K. raced prominently until midway of the stretch, then weakened. ANNES PAL ran an even race. WEE MARJIE could never get up. MENTAL tired. EYE WHITE broke Very slowlv.
