TASSEL BREAKS DOWN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., June 29.— Tassels breakdown in the steeplechase this afternoon was unexpected. That daughter of Berrildon and Stake and Cap, winner of an Appleton Memorial Steeplechase at Belmont Park as far back as 1925, has been away from racing for many seasons.
