T HAVANA TRACK NOTES f Jockey F. Horn was fined 5 for disobedience at the barrier in the sixth race January 31, by order of the starter. Benny Barnes, an exercise boy in the employ of J. J. Keith, was thrown while "galloping a horse and suffered a broken ankle. Moore, injured Sunday when Tamer-fell, KT. is recovering at Anglo Saxon hos- pital. The horses hoof struck the rider directly over the left eye, crushing the bone. Dr. Albert Sinclan performed a surgical operation. Jockey C. Critchfield, another" victim, is recovering at the Anglo Saxon hospitals
