QUEEN ANN, moving up fast approaching the stretch turn, hugged the rail rounding the bend and, slipping through on the inside of the leaders in the stretch, scored handily. MOANE KEALA went to the front when CERASUS LADY began to tire and outgamed RELEASED. The latter loomed up as a dangerous contender at mid-Jtretch, but hung in the final run. SHORTY O. closed ground. VALLEY QUEEN came strongly approaching the stretch turn, and appeared dangerous an eighth out, -but weakened near the end. MORROLL was going gamely at the end. SILVER MAN was in a pocket most of the- way and showed a good effort. CLARABEL A. was outrun early, but was going well at the finish. COALINGO was sandwiched between the first two during the stretch run and suffered much interference. TAB came around the outside at the stretch turn and finished gamely. WOODEN SOLDIER tired badly.
