ST. JOHNS PARK MEETING MIAMI, Fla., Feb. 12. Tropical Park will not bring the Florida season to a conclusion, according to the plans that have been going forward. There will be a meeting at St. Johns Park, according to promise. It has been announced that the course of the Florida Jockey Club, between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, will be opened March 21 to continue until the end of the month. These dates have not been announced by the Florida Racing Commission, but, with no other racing in the state and St. Johns county coming out with such a magnificent majority at the polls, leaves no doubt of the dates being granted. It is confidently expected that within the next week there will be an announcement of the racing time for St. Johns Park and that, the sanction will be granted by the racing commission.
