f FAIR GROUNDS TURF NOTES .$ Beginning Monday and for the remainder of the meeting, post time for the first race at the Fair Grounds will be 2:30 p. m. daily. Jockey P. Garitty drew a suspension of ten days for rough riding astride Juxtaposition in the first race Thursday. Martin Nathanson, veteran racing official, who resigned as steward at the Fair Grounds this winter due to poor health, is now much improved and fully expects to again assume stewardship duties at various of the Illinois tracks during the coming season. F. L. Stephens has been engaged to train Dr. Billy and Unlucky for M. F. Short.
