FAIR GROUNDS TURF NOTES Charles Bacharachs Playtime, second to Wotan in the Mardi Gras Handicap Tues day, worked five-eighths over a slow track at the Fair Grounds in 1:03, handily, Friday morning. Apprentice M. Lewis suffered a bruised foot when Motive, his mount in the opening race Thursday, was crowded into the rail and he was unable to fill his engagements! Friday, but plans to resume riding tomorrow. Jockey J. Dillea arrived from Agua Cali-ente and plans to accept mounts here during the remainder of the season.
