NEW ORLEANS TURF NOTES s The regular program Saturday and the charity program Sunday will comprise eight races each, according to announcement today. The two extra events will be fashioned for "beaten" horses and are offered as opportunities for owners of the cheaper, unsuccessful horses to try for needed purse money. For the two days post time for the first race will be 2 oclock. Trophies for all races on Sundays benefit program will be presented to the owners of the winning horses by local merchants.
