BOWIES INAUGURAL HANDICAP BALTIMORE, Md., March 8. Nominations for the ,000 added Inaugural Handicap, to be renewed at Bowie on Friday, April 1, opening day of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Associations meeting of eleven days, will not close until Tuesday, March 29, according to the condition book, which has been mailed to horsemen. The Inaugural is given over to three-year-olds and older horses and will be decided at three-quarters. An entry fee of only 0 prevails and starters pay nothing additional; The ,000 added Howe Memorial Handicap, for three-year-olds, at a mile and seventy yards, and to be run on Saturday, April 9 ; ,000 added Prince Georges Spring Handicap, for three-year-olds and over, at a mile and one-sixteenth, on April 13, closing day of the meeting, and ,500 added Bowie Kindergarten Stakes, for two-year-olds, at a half mile, and programmed for April 12, are other of the principal features.
