I TROPICAL PARK TURF NOTES . ; Jockey A. Robertson and his agent, George Burke, pulled out for Maryland. On his arrival in Baltimore, Robinson will consult a specialist and have his tonsils removed. He hopes to be in condition for the opening of the Bowie meeting. H. Neusteter, from Cuba, was at the course. He stopped over in Miami to look the sport over at Tropical Park. Neusteter leaves for Kentucky tomorrow, where he will gather together another string. Neusteter disposed of all but two of his horses before leaving Cuba and turned that pair over to Paul Codd, who is shipping them to Bowie. He won his share of purses at Oriental Park, where he saddled ten winners. JackHealey is shipping the division of the C. V. Whitney stable he raced at Hialeah and Tropical Parks back to Brookdale Farm Saturday morning. Starter R. Wingfield distributed applications for stall room at Bainbridge Park. Wingfield goes from here to St. Johns, where he will do the starting and at the conclusion of that meeting will go to Bainbridge to await the opening of the meeting at that course. R. J. Farris, who has been operating a van service between Hialeah and Tropical Parks ail winter, leaves for Kentucky next week to take up the platers Vera C. and Dusky Maiden, which were turned out at a farm near Lexington last fall. Farris will ship this pair to Sportsmans Park in Chicago. Charles A. McCulloch and Warren Wright were on hand for the final day of the Miami racing season. Mr. McCulloch just returned from Chicago, while Mr. Wright was back from a short visit to New York. An auction sale of horses in training has been arranged for March 30 in the St. Johns Park paddock. The catalog already has twenty listed and among the consignors are H. S. Hart and C. W. Weant. Jockey E. Buck was fined 5 by the stewards for striking jockey M. Clancy following the running of Saturdays third race. Apprentice Bobby Montgomery lost both of his stirrups on Gibbys Choice in the second race, and it may have cost him the victory. 4
